The reservations will only be valid when you have sent us a final agreement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Our rate includes :
The rental of the BTM, chalets, mobile-home, reception, your stay, the camping site charge (water, gas, electricity and a car parking place)
Inscription:
An inscription must be accompanied by a check or a money order for an amount of 25% of the total price + 15 euros for the cost of the agreement.
Reservation conditions :
Your reservation is final when the rental dates have been confirmed by ourselves. The balance of the rental payment must be deposited 30 days before your arrival. In the absence of which the reservation will be considered as cancelled.
Cancellation of a stay :
Any cancellation must be sent to us by mail, with the date of receipt establishing the cancellation date.
It will be retained or you still owe us:
• more than 30 days before the date of arrival : A forfeit sum of 30 € is retained for our costs
• between 30 and 15 days : 50 % of the amount is retained
• less than 15 days : The totality of the amount is retained.
An early departure from the site will not result in any reimbursement
Warning : The sum of 200 euros is payable on your arrival.
The sum will be returned to you on your departure, with a possible deduction of the cost of missing or damaged materials.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. At the end of the stay, the rental space must be returned in perfect condition: if this is not the case, a sum of 50 euros will be withheld.
