Camping with entertainment in the Basque Country
At the Dorrondeguy campsite in the Basque Country, young and old alike will find plenty to keep them entertained throughout their stay. This Hendaye campsite with entertainment offers a varied program in July and August : kids’ club, playgrounds, sports fields and festive evenings punctuate your vacations.
Activities are free and reserved for campsite guests. They can be adapted to the number of participants and weather conditions, guaranteeing a great time of sharing.
The kingdom of the little ones
Children’s club in Hendaye: from 6 years old
In July and August, Rose welcomes children aged 6 to 12 to the campsite kids’ club. Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., your children take part in a variety of activities, depending on what they want to do and the weather: craft workshops, group games, sports activities, introduction to pelote basque, archery, slack-line…
This special time is an opportunity for children to make new friends and enjoy unforgettable experiences. For parents, it’s the ideal time for a trip to the market, a sports session or simply a relaxing moment by the pool.
Registration must be made on the day with the hostess. This service is entirely free and reserved for Dorrondeguy*** campsite guests .

Playground with inflatable structure
There’s a dedicated play area for children, where they can play in complete safety. The campsite playground includes :
- an inflatable structure ;
- a swing ;
- spring-loaded games for toddlers ;
- a wooden structure with slide;
- a trampoline.
There’s plenty to keep the days busy and the laughter flowing! Younger children enjoy themselves under the watchful eye of their parents, in a green and safe area.

Sports grounds and infrastructure
Sports enthusiasts are in for a treat at our campsite with entertainment in the Basque Country. You’ll enjoya variety of facilities to let off steam with family and friends:
- a brand new city stadium for soccer, handball and basketball;
- a volleyball court ;
- ping-pong tables;
- a large petanque area;
- a fronton (wall on the left) for learning to play pelota.
Equipment is available on loan from reception: pétanque balls, pala and ping-pong rackets are waiting for you to enjoy a lively game.
Tournaments, parties and fun
Entertainment for the whole family at the campsite
At the Dorrondeguy campsite, entertainment brings together all generations. Every Monday at 4 p.m. in July and August, Stéphane organizes a friendly pétanque tournament. Throughout the week, sports tournaments are offered: volleyball, soccer, basketball, ping-pong, pelote basque…
Once a week, a special meal is organized exclusively for the children. Supervised by the entertainer, this evening is an opportunity for them to have fun with friends, while the parents enjoy a moment together.

Fun for young and old
Summer: lively evenings in Hendaye
When the sun goes down, the atmosphere remains festive at Camping Dorrondeguy. In July and August, a variety of evening entertainment is on offer:
- aperitif concerts with local bands ;
- blind test evenings hosted by DJ Casi ;
- bingo ;
- theme meals: mussels and French fries, brazero, burgers…
- minidisco for youngsters.
The evenings end at midnight to ensure peace and quiet for all. Information and reservations can be made directly with the bar-restaurant staff in Hendaye.
